How to Use Your Magnesium Oil Spray

1️⃣ Pick a Spot – Arms, legs, tummy, or even the bottoms of your feet (tickle factor: optional!).

2️⃣ Spritz Lightly – Just 3–5 sprays to start. More is not always merrier on day one!

3️⃣ Rub-a-Dub – Gently massage it in like you’re giving your skin a little pep talk.
